EEMC Monitors has been working with Omnidots products for 6 years now. What attracted EEMC Monitors to the Omnidots products was their ingenuity, which would be a very good fit for the UK market. Primarily, we were looking to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking company. Omnidots has a unique product that stands out by its design, reliability, and ease of use.

Can you share a specific project from a customer where Omnidots products made a significant difference and how?

Vibration monitoring for a railway projectWe have had a big rail project where the customer needed a small, cost-effective, and robust vibration monitor. They needed to be in a location that typically is very hard to access, so they needed to be able to see all the data from afar. Reliable live data was a very big point for them. Once they came to us, they needed to have the equipment very urgently, which we were able to achieve within 24 hours. And because of the plug-and-play solution of the SWARM, it was up and running in no time.

How has using Omnidots products improved efficiency or increased profits for EEMC Monitors customers' projects?

  • The main thing is that the customers don't have to be on-site anymore for their monitoring, as this can all be monitored from afar.
  • The Honeycomb alerts allow them to be more proactive on-site by knowing when an exceedance occurred or when to swap out batteries.
  • Additionally, only one person needs to install the sensors, leaving experts to spend their time more efficiently.
