Honeycomb subscription handling

If you're a Honeycomb end-user, keep these tips in mind when managing your subscriptions.

 

Activation Process:

  • Use the auto-activation possibility or activate a specific SWARM in your Ownership Account. To activate it, create a new measuring point, and you'll receive a notification to begin the subscription.
  • Your ownership account is also where invoices are sent.

Subscription and SWARM Overview:

  • Go to the subscription section in your Ownership Account to see all registered SWARMs.
  • Filter by the subscription end date, name, purchase date, last calibration date, or other preferences.

Invoice Page:

  • View all your subscription invoices received after July 1, 2023, on the subscription invoice page.

Subscription Renewal and Management:

  • Subscriptions are invoiced on the first of every month. Cancel subscriptions before the "invoiced until" date to avoid being charged.
  • You will receive an e-mail regarding an extension for further subscription. You can cancel the subscription manually in the Ownership Account.
